Manicure In order to prevent nails from breaking, peeling

your hands and nails must receive proper care. With
regular manicures once a week you can reduce or eliminate
these problems.
Pedicure
Your feet carry you through every walk of life and in order
to maintain healthy stable feet you must take care of them regularly
and properly. This can be done by receiving pedicures once a
month. There are many benefits to having pedicures such as eliminating
painful calluses, corns, cracked heels, ingrown toenails as
well as fungus between toes
and under toenails, athlete's foot and warts. To ensure security
and safety, as part of your pedicure a foot bath is used with
a disposable plastic lining placed inside for your use only.
Hair Removal
Waxing Warm wax is applied to remove unwanted hair from arms,
legs and other parts of the body. Over time with regular waxing,
hair thickness and rate of growth decreases. Waxing is not
recommended for the face as it may scar
and cause premature aging of the epidermis. For unwanted facial
hair, Ascension recommends threading.
Face Threading
Threading is a form of hair removal practised with a simple
piece of twisted thread which moves against the unwanted
hair pulling each hair out by the root. This method is widely
practised in the Middle East and Asia and is becoming very
popular in North America. Threading is used in place of waxing,
as it has been proven that facial waxing can be harmful
to the face. In addition, removing wax off the face causes
the skin to peel as well as epidermal trauma which may result
in premature wrinkling. Even though threading takes a little
extra time, there are many advantages to it. It causes little
redness, it removes short hairs including "peachfuzz"
making the threaded area very clean and prevents broken capillaries
and other types of blemishing.
